Finally, the first native SIP/VOIP application on iPhone has come to the iTunes App Store.

All calls are made directly to the SIP provider, no middle-man like customized proxy involved, so no voice delay and call quality is excellent. iSip 3.0 now supports Apple's push notification service, you can receive the notificaton message about new incoming call anywhere. You do not need to run the iSip to wait for the incoming call.
